How we're dealing with Corona

It's strange. I work on my own in Stillwater HQ most of the time (bit of an introvert's dream, my job) but I was always in regular contact with the other members of the team - Alison, our wholesale manager and Di and Karen our super-sewers. Other people also have businesses in my building so I'd see them over coffee or in the hall to say hi.
Today is the fifteenth day that I've been on my tod in my building (everyone else can work from home) and, as we're all social distancing, all of our handmade products are dropped off without coming into contact with one another. As I say - it's weird.
All of the picking and packing is now a Rowen-solo task but I'm wearing a mask and gloves to make sure everything is super safe when it goes out to you.
Making masks
Making face masks is new thing for our team - at first we just wanted to help with the donation efforts but over time we got more and more requests so I decided to list them on the shop - we've kept them as affordable as we can so everyone that wants to can access a mask.
Business as usual?
We're still making and shipping (even though sewing machines are getting rather hard to service!) so we're still here for you. The vast majority of orders are on their way the next working day but the post in a few areas is a bit log jammed so some parcels are taking longer to make it through.
Stay safe, lovely zero waste people, and best wishes from me & the team,
