Heritage Einkorn stoneground flour (Maud Foster Windmill) 1kg
Einkorn is the first type of wheat known to have been grown and used by mankind and still exists in its essentially wild form.
Use it on its own to make rustic style breads or blend 50/50 with stoneground white flour to make a softer artisan style loaf.
