Unhappy with your order?
If you are in any way unhappy with your items please let me know and I’ll do everything I can to make it right. You can get in touch via the contact form or directly at rowen(at)rowenstillwater.com and tell me what's gone wrong.
Returns & refunds
If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit I’ll be happy to refund your purchase price and postage in full - just let me know within seven days that you'll be making a return and pop the item back in the post to me.
If you've simply changed your mind you can return an unopened and unused item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund of the purchase price.
As soon as your package has arrived I'll issue you with a refund or replacement as you would prefer.
Please note that I cannot accept returns unless the item is unopened, faulty or damaged in transit.
